Payments
We currently accept the following in person payment options:

Some Therapist's will also accept E-transfer. We accept PayPal on our Gift Certificate website page.
Only some of our Therapists offer Direct Billing for Health Insurance Claims.

Receipts: In maintaining high standards of professionalism, our receipts can only be issued in the name of the person having the treatment and cannot be post or back dated. Purchases of Gift Certificates are provided with a retail receipt, not a medical receipt.
Cancellations
Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we appreciate 24 hours notice. Failing to show up for a scheduled appointment will result in the treatment being billed in full. This is a common courtesy to our therapists and other clients who are waiting for a cancellation.
Late Fees
A late arrival may result in a shortened treatment billed at the cost of the originally booked appointment.
Health Insurance Coverage
Many health insurance plans cover massage therapy although some require a doctor's referral prior to treatment. Please check your insurance plan for details. All of our therapists are fully registered and our receipts list all the information you will need to receive reimbursement from your insurance company. Some of our therapists accept a limited number of clients with direct billing to SGI, RCMP and Veteran Affairs. Please phone us to determine if we can accept your claim.
SGI
Some of our therapists accept a limited number of clients with SGI claims. Please phone us with your claim number to determine if are able to accept your claim. At your first visit you will need to complete additional paperwork on the details of your motor vehicle accident and your injury symptoms so please arrive 25-30 minutes early.
RCMP & Veteran Affairs
Some of our therapists accept a limited number of RCMP and VA direct bill clients. Please phone us to see if we can accept you as a direct bill client

Gratuities
Gratuities are graciously accepted and will be listed on your receipt as a tip. This is in keeping with massage therapy standards and is necessary to assist health insurance companies to reimburse correct treatment fees.
Your Privacy
In order to determine the best possible treatment plan, we need to collect information on your personal health history. We handle the collection and safe storage of this information in a manner that is consistent with the requirements of our regulating massage therapy associations. Our therapists hold in confidence all personal information gathered in the process of providing treatment.
In keeping with the guidelines of the massage therapy profession, we shred files after they have been inactive for 6 years.
Information provided to our clinic will be shared with medical professionals outside our clinic only with your signed written consent.
We do not share mailing lists or email addresses. If you use our Online Booking you may read the provider's Privacy Policy at Login. They do not sell or share clients' contact information. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us.
Special Considerations
Please discuss with your therapist any specific allergies, ailments, disabilities, conditions and preferences prior to your treatment. We want to make your treatment as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
Quiet Environment
Your cooperation in helping us maintain a quiet environment is appreciated. For the comfort of other clients, please keep conversation levels low and silence cell phone ringers.
Contradictions
Massage Therapy is generally suitable for everyone, however there are some medical conditions that may require adaptations to your treatment or the approval of your doctor prior to receiving your therapy.
In the rare instance that your therapist determines massage therapy is inappropriate for your medical condition and is unable to provide you with treatment, you will not be billed for your appointment.
